If it is something that lots of users will benefit from, we will cover the development ourselves. If it is something specific to your business, we will ask you to contribute to the development fee but share it. If it is something that you want to own as a competitive advantage or IP, we will issue you a quote and you will cover the entire fee for the development but you get the peace of mind that you are the only ones to use that feature or update.

  • If the integration already exists, simply reach out to us for a quote and we will guide you through the implementation stages. Usually it is simply an account with API access enabled for the platform you wish us to integrate with. If the integration does not yet exist between Single Source and the Technology, we will present you a range of commercial options based on the size of the opportunity. More often than not, we will complete the integration development ourselves through our development roadmap.

  • Usually we price on a per asset per month structure. Sometimes there are integrations that are not based around assets, and we agree with you on a fixed price for this before any work or integration is started. The pricing structure is easy to follow and allows access to all features – we don’t gatekeep value!

  • Our pricing is designed to be easy and simple to digest. It is a one size flat fee, but sometimes we can gain efficiencies on any upfront or deployment fees with scale. If we can, we will pass on a saving!

  • We conduct regular updates throughout the year, implementing bug fixes, incorporating new features, and refining existing functionalities. To minimise disruption to our customers' usage of the software, these updates are scheduled between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM AWST. This ensures that our customers can continue to use the software uninterrupted during their regular working hours.

  • We are committed to providing our customers with the most up-to-date and reliable software solutions. Our dedicated technical team works tirelessly to continuously improve our system and ensure its optimal performance.

    Throughout the year, we conduct regular updates to our software, addressing any bugs, implementing changes, and introducing new features and enhancements. These updates are rolled out periodically to enhance the user experience and keep our platform at the forefront of technological advancements.

  • At Single Source, we value our customers' input and actively seek feedback to enhance our products and services. We offer scheduled opportunities for feedback through biannual surveys sent directly to our customers.     Upon receiving feedback, our dedicated team thoroughly reviews each submission. We may follow up with customers to gather further details or clarify any points. Our team then assesses the feasibility and potential impact of implementing suggested changes or features within our company.

    While we strive to accommodate as many customer suggestions as possible, not all feedback may be immediately feasible for implementation. However, rest assured that each submission is carefully considered as we work towards continuous improvement and innovation in our offerings.
